Application Process

The Autumn 2025 Integrated Business and Engineering (IBE) Honors Program Application will open this spring and the deadline will be April 5, 2025.

When applying to Ohio State, please make sure to select "yes" when asked if you want to be considered for honors in order to be considered for University Honors. Application to the IBE Honors Program is restricted to incoming first-year business students previously admitted to University Honors in the Fisher College of Business.

Please check back here in February 2025 for updated application information for the Autumn 2025 Class. 

IBE Honors Program students will be chosen based on academic potential (as indicated by their university application) and responses to IBE application essay questions. The objective of the essay questions is to determine whether students have an understanding of the goals and objectives of the IBE program and whether students can demonstrate an ability and willingness to work with others from a variety of backgrounds in a constructive and professional manner.
