Our executive-level degree and non-degree programs are comprehensive, integrative and examine today’s issues from every angle to give you a total business perspective. In addition, our programs are structured to provide minimal disruption to your busy work schedule and personal life.
Executive-Level Master Programs
Fisher’s nationally ranked Executive MBA program is built for professionals seeking to grow as well-rounded, principled leaders equipped with a versatile skill set to make high-level strategic decisions. The 17-month program provides minimal disruption to your busy life. Classes meet on campus once a month for three consecutive days. Utilizing the Socratic method of teaching, on-campus sessions are rich and engaging through real-world, case-based discussions. The program also features domestic and international immersions. We take you beyond the fundamentals, giving you the tools to strategically lead people, processes and systems.
Fisher’s Master of Business Operational Excellence (MBOE) is a one-of-a-kind program that creates highly capable lean leaders who effectively design, implement and sustain process changes in their organizations. The 13-month program blends cutting-edge research and impactful practices delivered by world-class faculty. Students are individually guided by an experienced project coach and sponsor, becoming experts in systems thinking, change management and decision making while having a direct impact on their organization.
Certifications and Other Programs
In addition to our executive degree programs, we have a variety of other program offerings for business professionals. These programs provide opportunities to obtain certifications and micro-credentials in a variety of areas and include a mix of in-person and online offerings. The online Graduate Certificate in IT Business Strategy (GCITBS) offers information technology professionals a one-of-a-kind opportunity that will develop their business acumen and strengthen their leadership skills in an ever-changing business landscape. IT is no longer seen as a support unit, but is the engine that drives a company's strategy.
Lean Six Sigma training uses time-tested processes to enable your company to increase profits, strengthen market share and improve customer satisfaction. Fisher College of Business presents Six Sigma training designed as the most time-sensitive, value-driven program in existence. Total Quality Management principles identify and eliminate operations inefficiencies in each and every process of a company’s product or service.
In addition to offering Lean Six Sigma certifications, we partner with Productivity Inc. to offer other programs focused on driving operational excellence. Participants in these programs will learn to implement process improvements, in an accelerated and cost-effective manner, to increase organizational strategic competitive advantage. Programs range from lean for service environments to total productive maintenance certification and lean training for managers.
